Holy Family Hospital operates across two campuses in Methuen and Haverhill, providing comprehensive care including 24/7 emergency services, specialized behavioral health, and critical care units. The hospital is renowned for excellence in joint replacement surgery, backed by state-of-the-art facilities. The Senior Data Analyst role supports the Quality & Patient Safety department to enhance data-driven decision-making and reporting.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SQL queries from Meditech Expanse Data Repository for internal and external reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards, identifying and solving data issues.
• Automate report delivery using SAP Crystal Reports and Business Objects.
• Create datasets and dossiers in Meditech BCA for user analysis.
• Prepare reports and materials for presentations and committees using Excel and Meditech BCA.
• Support data and report analysis inquiries from teams and committees.
• Maintain Access Database of report fields and documentation for automation processes.
• Collaborate with Information Systems to resolve system-wide reporting issues.

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum 5 years experience in data analysis and SQL query/report maintenance.
• Proficiency in Office suite, specifically Excel and Access.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server or Oracle.
• Skills in quality assurance to ensure data integrity.
• Ability to interpret complex requirements and develop user reports.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience in a health care environment for three years.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and workflows.
• Experience with SAP Crystal Reports, Business Objects, or Meditech BCA.
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records systems.

The position is situated at the Lawrence General Hospital under the Quality & Safety department, with a schedule of 40 hours per week, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
