• Implement and enforce development methodologies for data migrations.
• Collaborate with Data Leads to align data schedules for deployments.
• Ensure data quality standards and processes are enforced across ERP projects.
• Develop and deliver technical data migration solutions as per SLAs.
• Research and implement effective solutions for complex problems.
• Provide mentorship and leadership for new data tools and capabilities introduction.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience with Data Integration and Migration for large SAP ERP projects.
• Functional ERP SAP application knowledge with data mapping expertise.
• Proficiency in Informatica and Oracle SQL Server development.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Shell script and Python.
• Experience with AI/ML capabilities or advanced data analytics tools.
