In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain queries, views, pipelines, and models using Snowflake.
- Maintain documentation for data structures and models.
- Collaborate with data team and leadership to meet data requirements.
- Optimize query performance and efficiency.
- Implement data quality checks and monitoring.
- Analyze historical data for insights and trends.
- Use technologies like Snowflake Data Warehouse, Fivetran MSSQL Server, Microsoft Excel, Atlassian Jira, and more.

This role requires you to have:
- Over 3 years of experience in data engineering or a similar field.
- Proficient in SQL, including advanced techniques like unions and UDF/CTEs.
- Expertise in entity-relationship and dimensional modeling.
- Familiar with automated ETL tools and data warehousing technologies like Snowflake.
- Experience in data quality governance and monitoring.
- Skilled in using project management tools for task tracking and collaboration.
You would benefit from having:
- Proficiency with specific Snowflake SQL functions and platform features.
- Strong understanding of query optimization and EXPLAIN plans.
- Experience with Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
- Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
