In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Define and manage clinical data transformation processes with a focus on data de-identification.
• Assist with HIPAA clinical data transformation to OMOP Common Model.
• Collaborate with solution architects on data optimization for product development.
• Support partner institutions in clinical data de-identification efforts.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Minimum 3 years of experience with clinical and EHR data
• Minimum 2 years of experience with clinical data de-identification
• Proficient in Python or similar language
• Proficient in SQL

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with DICOM standard
• Understanding of OMOP Common Data Model
• Familiarity with Epic EHR, Clarity, and Caboodle
• Deep understanding of HIPAA regulations
• Experience with AWS Data Analytics services
• Experience with Spark or similar technologies
