The Senior Data Scientist will contribute by applying AI, NLP, and machine learning to derive insights and solutions. This role is integral to advancing Humana's innovative projects aimed at bettering member services and strategies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and validate machine learning models and statistical forecasts
• Analyze structured and unstructured data for reporting
• Research innovative analytical methodologies
• Collaborate with analytics teams to set strategic objectives
• Communicate analytic results to stakeholders
• Compile and present project status reports

This role requires you to have:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in advanced data analytics
• Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, SQL, and similar tools
• Experience with machine learning and statistical model development
• Ability to analyze complex issues and present results clearly
