Logistics Data Analyst

Humanscale, a leader in ergonomic office products, focuses on creating a healthier and more sustainable work environment through design. With a rich history of 40 years, they require a Logistics Data Analyst to enhance their Customs and Compliance operations by managing data across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of the Regulatory repository.
• Monitor customs entries daily for trends and report findings.
• Compile specific documentation for drawback claims.
• Generate weekly reports on product movement across US, Canadian, and Mexican borders.
• Conduct data analysis for Mexico parts and produce variance reports.
• Create reports regarding customs and duties spend associated with warranties and replacements.
• Maintain classification and origin accuracy in parts database.
• Prepare and analyze data for year-end reconciliation with internal departments.
• Propose process improvements and maintain departmental records and files.
• Communicate needs and requests within the team and distribute required materials.
• Perform additional assigned duties.

• Experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise judgment
