In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy of Workday system data and organizational charts.
• Monitor recruitment status and suggest closing obsolete job requisitions.
• Communicate and manage merit and bonus cycles.
• Coordinate budget and cost control for HR and Manpower Division.
• Compile global talent bank information for management discussions.
• Support new hire and termination processes.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
