Founded in 2004, this veteran- and woman-owned company has a nationwide presence. The role of Data Analyst is to bolster the efforts of the IRES contract with the Missile Defense Agency.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and automate processes for efficiency
• Evaluate program performance through data analysis
• Automate and provide metrics reports
• Communicate data findings to support decision making
• Organize and report collected data from multiple sources
• Work with teams to improve programs
• Monitor key performance indicators and report discrepancies
• Help develop and document enterprise processes and standards

This role requires you to have:

• Proficient with Jira
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework
• Direct experience in data analysis
• Experience in project administration
• Previous work in a management or leadership role

You would benefit from having:

• Degree in relevant fields such as mathematics or statistics
• Experience with MATLAB, PowerBI, or other analysis tools
• Competency in SharePoint for organizing data
• Professional certification in a relevant field
