In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Organize and optimize data for analysis as a Data Owner.
  • Collaborate with peers to define and normalize datasets.
  • Document and validate event-based data for business use.
  • Understand and document Revenue team business logic.
  • Develop datasets with a focus on data quality principles.
  • Utilize Airflow for deploying and maintaining datasets.
  • Work across the full technology stack including Databricks and Spark.
  • Build UI and automation tools for data democratization.
  • Implement automated alerts and anomaly detection.
  • Lead complex projects requiring cross-functional cooperation.
  • Manage new data requirements minimizing technical debt.

This role requires you to have:

  • 3+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Analytics.
  • Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes, AWS Glue, and DBT.
  • Expertise in Python, Scala, Spark, and SQL.
  • Experience with BI/data visualization platforms like Tableau.
