This role supports the delivery of residential energy efficiency programs in New Jersey. The analyst will collaborate with various departments including program implementation, HR, and reporting to provide essential insights and updates. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of workforce development and energy efficiency hiring.
• Oversee monthly hiring reports, diversity demographics, and workforce development dashboards.
• Conduct meetings with subcontractors to review progress and data tracking.
• Maintain applicant tracking system for resume referrals and dispositions.
• Implement improvements in reporting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze historical data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in survey creation, data compilation, and presentation of results.
• Handle ad hoc data requests as required.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or related field.

You would benefit from having:

• Expertise in data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
• Experience with statistical tools such as R, SPSS, STATA, Python, or SAS.
• Familiarity with energy efficiency programs.
• Experience in presenting data to leadership.
