• Design and prototype GUI-based applications and optimize process flows.
• Document requirements in Use Case formats, identifying risks and feasibility issues.
• Collaborate to define system-level requirements and perform gap analysis.
• Manage small-to-medium projects, overseeing scope and timelines.
• Analyze data models and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate initiatives, acting as a central communicator among stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis and quality control to ensure deliverable accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with data security policies in collaboration with teams.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Proven experience in the Pharma/CRO industry.
• Proficiency in data manipulation tools like Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
