In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Design and prototype GUI-based applications and optimize process flows.
- Document requirements in Use Case formats, identifying risks and feasibility issues.
- Collaborate to define system-level requirements and perform gap analysis.
- Manage small-to-medium projects, overseeing scope and timelines.
- Analyze data models and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate initiatives, acting as a central communicator among stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis and quality control to ensure deliverable accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with data security policies in collaboration with teams.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
- Proven experience in the Pharma/CRO industry.
- Proficiency in data manipulation tools like Excel.
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
