In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Translate business objectives and needs into effective ML/AI models to improve pediatric care.
• Collaborate with data scientists and cross-functional teams to enhance data collection and build data assets.
• Develop machine learning models using diverse datasets to create actionable healthcare recommendations.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and prepare data for modeling, utilizing Snowflake.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience in study design, causal inference, hypothesis testing, and research methods
• Ability to present findings to non-technical staff
