Data Analyst

Imbibe seeks a Data Analyst to support the OneLake environment and Power BI development. This role focuses on executing tasks that align data infrastructure with organizational strategies, creating and optimizing data solutions to support enterprise information management and business intelligence.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize Power BI reports for accuracy and organizational needs.
• Integrate data across systems to enhance accessibility and utility.
• Implement data requirements through new strategies and designs across all platforms.
• Define and govern data modeling and design standards, tools, and best practices.
• Recommend systems solutions, comparing custom development and purchased alternatives.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
• Analyze and interpret complex SQL queries and stored procedures for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT managers to create structured data workspaces in OneLake.
• Ensure technical accuracy and usefulness of Power BI reports.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelors degree in Computer/Data Science.
• 3-5 years of experience with relational, dimensional, and/or analytic systems.
• Strong experience with Power BI and familiarity with SharePoint.
• Experience with data integration and maintaining data flows and models.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven and accountable for deliverables.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

You would benefit from having:

• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Experience in process manufacturing within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) environment.
• Master’s degree in a related field.

The role requires the ability to remain in a stationary sitting position 75% of the time and the ability to communicate information accurately.
