Data Analyst

Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization

The Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) is dedicated to enhancing community impact through data-driven insights. The Data Analyst will work closely with the Data & Evaluation Manager and the Information Systems team to elevate the organization's data analysis and reporting capabilities. This role aligns with IRCO's strategic focus on improving data management systems to better address community needs and effectively communicate organizational success.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop structures and systems for internal data requests and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Development team to analyze organizational success and challenges.
• Provide timely and accurate data analyses for various internal teams.
• Contribute to the creation of reports on sector-level indicators in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Assist in strategizing the design of IRCO's evaluation framework.
• Advise on reporting processes and tools for program teams.
• Support quality assurance and descriptive data analysis efforts.
• Promote data literacy across programs for improved reporting accuracy.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Experience in data management and evaluation within a nonprofit context.
• Skills in data analysis and statistics.
• Familiarity with relational databases and data collection systems.
