In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms for PRM initiatives.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable intelligence.
• Ensure data quality and create comprehensive analytics solutions.
• Design data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
• Engage cross-functionally with program managers and policy analysts.
• Apply AI methods for data processing and decision support.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or Scikit-Learn.
• Strong statistical analysis and predictive modeling skills.
