In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex biological datasets, including genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics.
• Develop and implement computational pipelines for the integration of multiomics data.
• Collaborate with scientists to design and execute bioinformatics projects.
• Create and maintain reproducible bioinformatics pipelines and reports.
• Optimize pipeline performance for enhanced efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues and develop innovative solutions in a dynamic research setting.
• Communicate methodologies and findings to a broad range of stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:

• BS or MS in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field
• Experience with multiomics data analysis and integration
• Proficiency in Python and/or R
• Familiarity with cloud computing environments and databases
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Team collaboration abilities
• Passion for agricultural innovation
