Situated within the Operations Reporting & Analytics team, this position supports operational improvement initiatives to enhance service outcomes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Extract insights from data analysis and conduct root-cause analysis for operational issues.
• Develop data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings.
• Analyze member claims data to understand benefit utilization and expenses.
• Answer complex business questions using SQL queries.
• Identify and investigate trends that may negatively affect member experiences and operational metrics.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Engineering, or Economics
• 2+ years experience in Data Analytics
• Proficiency in SQL for data management and analysis
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
