In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Conduct data analyses and perform root-cause analysis on operational issues.
- Convert data into visualizations and interactive dashboards using relevant tools.
- Analyze user interactions and call center dynamics to improve understanding.
- Collaborate with team members to develop complex SQL queries.
- Investigate and identify trends affecting member experience and operational metrics.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
