The incumbent will employ data research and analysis to design, test, and validate reports, contributing to internal and external business functions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify reporting solutions for business requirements.
• Gather data requirements and comprehend reporting objectives.
• Apply analytical and data manipulation skills to create required reports.
• Monitor group performance routinely and as per client requests.
• Conduct benefit plan analysis and modeling.
• Contribute to client report development and creation.
• Support management through ad-hoc reporting.
• Develop and analyze data models to address business and regulatory needs.
• Generate standard file extracts to meet business needs.
• Perform testing and data validation for accuracy in reports.
• Research, extract, and manipulate data for complex projects.
• Collaborate on cross-functional team projects and RFP assistance.
