In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Engage in the Agile Development process.
• Provide Tier 3 support for the user community.
• Mentor both new and current team members.
• Craft complex SQL queries.
• Enhance SQL scripts to refine Snowflake's performance across large-scale data warehouses.
• Create sophisticated Python programs for fraud detection.
• Design ETL strategies for large-scale data ingestion into warehouses.
• Refactor and maintain code, transitioning SAS to Python, capable of handling HTML/XML/JSON.
• Maintain advanced semantic layers for large healthcare claims databases.
• Implement AWS-based solutions using services like Glue, CloudTamer, Airflow, and S3.
