In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators adapting to client needs.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to understand business demands.
• Support the Quarterly Business Review process, including specific KPIs.
• Handle ad-hoc reporting requests, intake, develop actions, and submit reports.
• Create dashboards within ServiceNow according to requirements and staff needs.
• Document and maintain metrics, reporting, and dashboards processes.
