The ideal candidate will bring valuable experience in systems and data analysis, collaborating with diverse teams to deliver effective solutions. This role involves working closely with data architects, engineers, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful data migration.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technical teams for data requirement analysis.
• Write and document business rules for data mapping and transformation.
• Work with data architects, engineers, and QA teams for accurate data migration.
• Analyze datasets and perform data profiling to identify discrepancies.
• Support data validation and reconciliation efforts post-conversion.
• Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings.

This role requires you to have:

• 3-5 years of Data Analyst experience.
• Expertise in writing business rules for data conversion.
