In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and technical capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for stakeholders and technical teams.
• Lead sprint planning, daily Scrum calls, and Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud-based data engineering solutions.
• Implement ETL pipelines for reliable data integration.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in BI tools and data platforms.
• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge BI solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards for data quality and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support HR analytics solutions.
• Identify best-of-breed benchmarks for solving business problems.
• Lead experiments to enhance platform products.
• Define KPIs and make trade-off decisions for platform products.
• Develop business requirements for platform components.
• Determine release goals and identify best practices for continuous development improvement.
• Assess risks in business decisions to safeguard Citi's reputation and assets.

This role requires you to have:

• 6-10 years of experience in product line management, e-commerce, or strategic planning.
• Experience building complex business and transactional solutions.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms and BI tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Awareness of emerging BI and analytics technology trends.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional team communication skills.
