The Information Technology Senior Management Forum is seeking a dedicated Senior Product Analyst to join Truist's esteemed Product Management team. This role is pivotal in managing and supporting diverse digital product strategies, working seamlessly with the technology delivery and product management teams. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze digital and business trends to address core business needs
- Conduct data-driven market analyses to develop and recommend client solutions
- Benchmark and assess product and service opportunities to enhance development
- Lead research projects to support product enhancements and issue resolution
- Communicate findings and insights across various organizational stakeholders
- Collaborate on digital roadmaps that align with client and organizational needs

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, design, or technology, or equivalent experience
- At least three years of experience in banking, financial services, or digital sectors
- Two years of experience in product analysis or related fields
- Expertise in managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for complex data analysis and communication
