The Information Technology Senior Management Forum at Truist is on the lookout for a skilled Senior Product Analyst. This role is integral to the Product Management team, supporting Truist’s journey through digital transformation. The position requires collaboration with various teams, including PMO and technology delivery teams, to enhance Truist's product offerings.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Monitor and identify digital trends impacting core business needs.
- Lead analysis of the market and develop actionable recommendations.
- Benchmark Truist products to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead research to address product findings and issues.
- Synthesize insights and share with stakeholders.
- Coordinate client insights research across the organization.
- Define and communicate reporting requirements during the SDLC.
- Support digital roadmaps reflecting client and team needs.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Over three years of experience in banking or financial services.
- Two years of experience in product, analysis, or technology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
