In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and manage data reporting and dashboards to promote data accessibility.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of features and user interactions, including A/B testing evaluations.
• Collaborate with various teams to integrate insights into product development.
• Oversee experimentation projects, mentoring others on metrics and strategic data utilization.
• Support organizational decisions with ad-hoc data analyses.
• Maintain a strong focus on product quality and user engagement.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Three or more years of data analysis experience within an online product-focused company.
• Proficiency in SQL for working with large datasets.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and forecasting.
• Experience with BI tools such as Redash, Looker, or Tableau.

You would benefit from having:

• Familiarity with Python and data libraries like numpy and pandas.
• Experience with ETL tools such as DBT or Airflow.
