In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Translate operational readiness challenges into analytic constructs and visualizations.
• Conduct analyses and visualizations to define and solve readiness problems, incorporating robotic process automation where feasible.
• Apply expert analytic and evaluative skills to support major missions and operational plans.
• Extract, manipulate, distill, and present readiness-related data in various formats for senior-level decision-making.
• Improve command readiness through advanced analysis tools.
• Assist with interpretations of Air Force, Joint Staff, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and Congressional questions regarding readiness.
• Support policy and funding changes to programs such as the USAF Flying Hour Program.
• Perform all other analytic tasks as directed by senior or team lead analyst.

This role requires you to have:

• Seven years of combined experience in DoD readiness analysis and/or military service.
• Master's degree in data science, data analytics, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in data analysis.
• Three years of experience supporting Air Staff or equivalent strategic level staff.
• In-depth knowledge of Air Force operations.
