Innovit USA, Inc is looking for a skilled Data Analyst/Report Writer to join the finance division of their client, helping to develop and enhance query capabilities for the CAPPS system. The role requires collaboration with executives and stakeholders to improve and re-engineer existing processes for better information retrieval.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead the development of all activity queries.
• Design, test, and build queries to enhance business processes.
• Coordinate additional report and query development as required.
• Assist in process re-engineering for efficient CAPPS system use.
• Work with business customers to gather system and process improvement requirements.
• Document activities in detail as requested by management.
• Complete comprehensive testing as needed.

• Experience with CAPPS business process design/redesign/engineering (10 years).
• Experience in business, system, and data analysis (10 years).
• Development of various reporting mechanisms (10 years).
• ERP/CAPPS Financials/PeopleSoft experience in Texas (10 years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products (10 years).
• Verbal and written communication skills (10 years).
• CAPPS GL, commitment control, purchasing, e-procurement, AP, cash receipts, inventory, assets, and grants experience (10 years).
• Query and reporting development with CAPPS (10 years).
• Experience with all-activity query logic in CAPPS (5 years).
