In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze campaign data to improve performance across various channels.
- Manage and enhance loyalty program and CRM campaign reporting processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for campaign execution to boost loyalty and customer value.
- Interpret customer data to identify behaviors and trends for strategic recommendations.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with SQL, R, Python, or similar statistical techniques.
- Experience in reporting and dashboarding using Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in CRM/marketing analytics.
You would benefit from having:
- Knowledge of Snowflake database syntax.
- Advanced skills in SQL and Excel.
- Experience in creating automated dashboards with BI tools.
- Familiarity with test & control group designs for campaign evaluation.
- Experience with multi-channel campaign data integration.
