Sr. Data Modeler/Data Analyst

Integra Connect, specializing in data solutions, is expanding its data governance team. The company seeks a Sr. Data Modeler/Data Analyst to enhance and maintain a comprehensive Data Governance framework. This position plays a key role in supporting the company’s data practices, ensuring standards and security across the data lifecycle. The selected individual will work with various teams to promote efficient data management and compliance.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Reverse engineer existing databases and document metadata definitions.
• Organize data model presentation for analytical purposes.
• Compare models for the same subject area and document metadata.
• Collaborate with data stewards and business owners for complete definitions.
• Maintain models in the ERWin Mart Repository.
• Abstract data requirements and develop flexible Data Models.
• Create logical/physical data models using ERWin.
• Ensure adherence to data definition and model practices standards.
• Participate in peer reviews to assure compliance with standards.
• Draft definitions for business terms and attributes.
• Create and maintain lineage information.
• Assist with governance activities like creating standards and business rules.
• Document business glossaries and critical data elements.
• Support compliance to regulatory standards such as HIPAA.
• Communicate governance best practices and educate teams.

This role requires you to have:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Data Modeler and 12+ years overall experience.
• Expertise in logical and physical data model design.
• Experience with ERWin Data Modeler and ModelMart library.
• Healthcare and Oncology experience.
• Advanced SQL Server and Snowflake skills.
• Ability to work with ETL technologies like DBT.
