The Data Analyst Sr. will be integral to the ACC Transplant Administration team, playing a key role in analytics to support clinical and business objectives. The role exists to enhance data-driven decisions that benefit caregivers and the community.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Support standardized analytic tools.
- Maintain the enterprise data dictionary.
- Utilize standards for visualized data.
- Translate data into actionable insights.
- Facilitate access to analytic tools via Microsoft Teams and other channels.
- Integrate analytic tools to improve data accessibility.
- Curate Backlog Reports for the assigned Director or Admin Director.

This role requires you to have:
- 5 years of related experience or 2 years with a relevant Master's degree.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Experience in group settings utilizing agile methodologies.
- Ability to work on-site.
You would benefit from having:
- Scrum certification.
- Experience with financial, clinical, or web-based systems.
- Experience in interactive data visualizations.
- DAX coding proficiency.
- SQL coding experience.
- Experience in T-SQL or building visualizations in Power BI or Tableau.
