• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and conduct data analysis and presentations.
• Develop weekly performance scorecards and engage in quarterly reviews.
• Identify areas for application performance enhancement and improve self-service rates.
• Promote a 'Data First' approach and utilize reports for performance validation or issue notification.
• Document analytics processes and decisions.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong background in data analysis and recommendation formulation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and reporting tools like Looker and MS BI.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
