This role involves designing and executing configuration strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement client solutions. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Prepare data for analysis by removing duplicates and errors and validating file layouts.
• Identify data patterns by executing SQL queries.
• Provide expertise on Configuration tool sets with automated processes.
• Document requirements and execute testing for toolset enhancements.
• Support the Business Configuration Production team with research and analysis.
• Manage and prioritize workload to meet service level agreements.
• Collaborate on Configuration roadmap deliverables for automation of client offerings.
• Conduct Fit/Gap Analysis and feedback assessments for new client plans.
• Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.

• SQL

• 5+ years experience with the Facets platform
