Intermountain Health's Supply Chain Organization is on the lookout for a proficient Staff level Technical Data Analyst. This role is about developing impactful solutions and supporting procurement, logistics, materials management, and contracting teams. Partnering with data architects, the analyst ensures data integrity and insight generation through data exploration, interpretation, report creation, and visual storytelling.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Meet regularly with customer stakeholders to share updates, set project priorities, and establish timelines.
  • Collaborate with data architects to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop reports and visual storytelling to drive information insights.
  • Work within an Agile Delivery Team to produce technical products supporting strategic and operational goals.
  • Maintain high customer service standards to delight business and clinical customers with innovative analytic outputs.
  • Seek collaboration opportunities within and among teams to improve analytic services.
  • Contribute technical skills and creative thinking to the team’s success.

This role requires you to have:

  • Intermediate SQL abilities
  • Knowledge of database design, data modeling, and standardized data structures
  • Experience creating content-rich, visually appealing reports and dashboards
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, internet, email, and scheduling applications
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to gain subject matter expertise in healthcare or related data

You would benefit from having:

  • Bachelor's degree in analytics related fields like statistics, mathematics, etc.
  • Supply Chain process and procedure experience
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, Workday, Workfront, Databricks, Tableau
  • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
