Data Analyst II

Intertech, Inc. is looking for a Data Analyst II to enhance their proficient team. This position involves significant data ETL processes and report creation, using Alteryx and Tableau, predominantly linked with SQL Server databases. The role operates within a team dedicated to reporting and analytics for various stakeholders across the business.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis, develop reports, and gather requirements.
• Utilize data analytics platforms like Tableau and Alteryx for analysis.
• Assist in designing and building efficient database tables.
• Engage with developers, the program team, and customers to deliver reporting solutions.
• Keep managers and team members informed about progress and potential risks.
• Work on process and technology improvements and standardization.
• Promote a positive team environment.

This role requires you to have:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in report development using Tableau and Alteryx.
• 3+ years in data analysis, proficient in SQL and database concepts.
• Experience in requirements gathering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong independent and team-based work skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
