Candidates will work closely with the HR and IT teams to ensure data processes meet strategic needs.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain HR analytics data models and workflows.
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines for large data integration.
• Ensure data accuracy and conduct validation checks.
• Collaborate with HR, data scientists, and IT for data insights.
• Implement data security measures according to regulations.
• Automate processes to enhance efficiency using Python and SQL.
• Use Power BI and Alteryx for data visualization.
