• Conduct hands-on data analysis and modeling to solve complex problems and extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
• Execute A/B tests and perform statistical analyses to evaluate and optimize product experiences.
• Utilize advanced experimentation methods and models like synthetic controls for product performance measurement.
• Oversee data integration and engineering for maintaining data hygiene with the Product platform.
• Advise business leaders on leveraging data to support critical decisions and standardize reporting.

This role requires you to have:

• 5-7 years of experience in analytics related fields with exposure to clickstream and experimentation.
• Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Excel, as well as programming languages such as Python or R.
• Basic understanding of Causal Inference methods.
• Strong business acumen and ability to define metrics and data tracking.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
