- Apply audio analysis techniques to extract insights from service calls.
- Leverage computer vision techniques for video interaction analysis, including facial recognition and emotion detection.
- Ensure model accuracy and precision through continuous monitoring and updates.
- Communicate analytical insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on advanced techniques in speech, audio analytics, NLP, and computer vision.
- Develop visual tools for monitoring service quality metrics.

This role requires you to have:
- Experience in call center environments and related technologies.
- Over 6 years of ML model building with audio, speech, and video data.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
