The role of Data Analyst exists to support the USSOCOM Directorate of Intelligence by transforming data into useful intelligence.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Identify new data sources and enhance data collection methods
- Gather and analyze customer requirements
- Resolve technical issues
- Develop algorithms and manipulate data using languages such as R, Python, and JavaScript
- Create data tools and solutions for consumer use
- Ensure data quality and adherence to management principles
- Collaborate with intelligence teams to produce supporting data
