Data Scientist (Supply Chain Analytics)

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze extensive datasets to detect patterns, trends, and anomalies in supply chain processes.
• Address complex data issues to extract insights, optimize logistics, and enhance performance.
• Create predictive models and algorithms for demand forecasting and route optimization.
• Collaborate with logistics and analytical teams to ensure data solutions meet requirements.
• Implement advanced analytics techniques, including clustering and neural networks.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations for effective stakeholder communication.
• Manage project delivery from requirements gathering to solution implementation.
• Experiment with various data types to propose new data collection methodologies.
• Support teams with analytics tool training and continually optimize methodologies.
• Monitor and update deployed models to ensure continued effectiveness.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years in data science with a focus on supply chain or operational intelligence.
• Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or C++.
• Experience with tools like pandas, scikit-learn, and Tableau.
• Expertise in SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, and MongoDB.
• Supply chain management and logistics optimization knowledge.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying findings.
