With over 300 employees and offices worldwide, ITI services top banks, financial institutions, and healthcare companies. They seek a Senior Data Analyst to analyze diverse data sources and communicate findings to support data pipeline development and business decision-making.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SMEs to understand existing data models and business needs.
• Develop strategies to minimize record drops and enhance data quality.
• Analyze and assess data sets using SQL to understand their structure and quality.
• Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries for data exploration and validation.
• Identify and document join criteria for different data sets ensuring dashboard accuracy.
• Review data quality and document issues, analyzing the impact of data merging.
• Formulate SQL queries, detect anomalies, and report resolutions to data owners.
• Assist in developing data validation and testing frameworks for dashboard reliability.
• Collaborate closely with Data Architects to understand data models.
• Establish strong relationships with business partners and key stakeholders to understand challenges and present analytical findings.
• Follow processes for query approaches and visualization outputs, solving complex problems.
• Escalate any identified issues or opportunities as appropriate.
• Support an environment where creative thinking is encouraged.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 8+ years experience, including 5+ years as a Data Analyst.
• Highly numerate with a passion for data and analytics.
• Strong expertise in Exploratory Data Analysis using SQL and Python.
• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, Postgres, and cloud databases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with SQL and Data Visualization knowledge.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail, completing tasks accurately.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
