Product Analyst

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into product/service delivery components, including UI, back-end systems, integrations, and client billing.
• Refine complex product requirements into actionable tasks for Agile teams.
• Support product initiatives through design, testing, and documentation.
• Assist product owner with story creation and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with tech and business stakeholders to define solutions.
• Participate in scrum activities and provide functional clarity.
• Document system functionalities and serve as an SME for customer support.

This role requires you to have:

• 2+ years of experience with technology products or solutions.
• Experience with SQL or PowerBI.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Technical understanding of systems and data flow.
• Strong business acumen with collaborative skills.
• Ability to communicate technical needs to non-technical users.
• Strength in independent project management.
