• Analyze and abstract data from healthcare records for accuracy and reliability.
• Perform data quality control and collaborate for effective changes.
• Specialize in data management for neurosurgery and other service lines.
• Use quality improvement tools to maintain data integrity.
• Stay informed on CMS and Joint Commission standards for data management.
• Work with teams to improve patient care quality and safety.
• Develop reports for Stroke Committee and Medical Director for performance improvements.
• Ensure timely data reporting to regulatory bodies.
