In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Design and analyze reports related to workforce, hiring, and compensation trends.
- Collaborate with attorneys on affirmative action plans under government audit.
- Lead team efforts and improve team performance.
- Communicate analysis processes and results clearly to attorneys and clients.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.
