In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and analyze reports related to workforce, hiring, and compensation trends.
• Collaborate with attorneys on affirmative action plans under government audit.
• Lead team efforts and improve team performance.
• Communicate analysis processes and results clearly to attorneys and clients.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.
