• Provide top-tier client service.
• Apply analytical skills for process and workflow enhancement.
• Support Department and Project Managers with coordination of tasks.
• Execute workflow tasks from start to finish independently.
• Engage in cross-training for coverage of essential functions.
• Deliver training to associates as required.
• Allocate team resources for efficient workflow processing.
• Update client information regularly.
• Engage in allocated projects as necessitated.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in Financial Services Operations.
• 1-5 years of related operations experience.
• Self-directed with proficiency in prioritizing and organizing tasks.
• Adaptability to changes.
• Proficient problem-solving with timely solutions provision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
