In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex data models, dashboards, and reports using platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that can drive commercial success.
• Identify data quality issues and collaborate with teams for data accuracy.
• Develop and refine KPIs in partnership with distribution leaders.
• Present insights and recommendations using clear visualizations to stakeholders.
• Evaluate the performance of BI solutions for enhancements.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with tools like Alteryx, Databricks, R, SQL, or Python.
• Ability to translate business requirements into insights.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
