JM Family Enterprises, Inc. offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst within the JM&A Group Data Solutions team. As part of an Agile Scrum structure, the role includes working alongside data engineers, BI analysts, and business leaders to assess complex data and facilitate informed decision-making. This position emphasizes data integration, warehousing, cleansing, and other critical processes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business data to validate and meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to document and understand data models.
• Guide and oversee data analysts' activities.
• Conduct and validate data profiles and mappings to ensure data quality.
• Oversee data governance in line with established frameworks.
• Execute test plans and validate data using various tools.
• Develop and manage standard or custom queries and reports.
• Conduct root cause analysis and suggest process improvements.
• Comprehend data systems, flow, and models relevant to the business.

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Minimum of five years' experience in data analysis with complex SQL.
• Proficiency in database management and data modeling concepts.
• Experience in data integration, warehousing, and transformation.
• Expertise in BI platforms, particularly Azure Synapse and PowerBI.
