In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various business units to understand and cater to their data needs through quality analysis.
• Collect, clean, and interpret data from different sources to spot trends and anomalies.
• Develop and automate reports and dashboards to convey performance metrics.
• Utilize statistical methods for data interpretation and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Identify and propose process improvements via data-driven analysis.
• Work with IT and development teams to ensure data integrity for reporting.
• Document methodologies and analysis systematically.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 2+ years experience in data analysis, preferably in financial services or mortgage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with SQL for database querying
• Knowledge of statistical analysis
• Excellent communication with simplified information delivery
• Advanced Excel skills
