In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop strong partnerships with IT to enhance understanding of Customer Solutions processes and datasets.
• Collaborate with analytical teams to support the development of new capabilities, focusing on market data.
• Train internal teams on effective data usage to maximize business value.
• Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to management.
• Support maintenance and usage of commercial applications datasets.
• Document and update requirements and improvements for Commercial Application datasets.
• Define acceptance criteria based on business needs and craft UAT test cases.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations and policies.
• Contribute to DE&I objectives and uphold J&J Credo values.
