In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Engage in various assignments within the hiring country.
- Conduct data design, implementation, and maintenance tasks under supervision.
- Participate in a diverse training curriculum including on-the-job, virtual, and classroom training.
- Receive mentorship and coaching throughout the program.
- Lead or participate in projects addressing real business and customer needs.
- Enhance technical, business, and professional skills within decentralized operating units.
- Apply compliance requirements, document activities and engage in compliance actions.
- Document user acceptance testing and assist unit testers.
- Provide written and verbal communications such as status and progress reports to IT and business partners.
- Identify metrics and develop dashboards for process improvement tracking.
- Understand and manage business partner satisfaction with your work.
- Collaborate closely with Program Manager to meet project objectives and align with the program plan.
- Resolve functional and technical issues to deliver on time, budget, and quality.
- Ensure protection and security of assets by following local and global security policies.
